Panna king JACK DOWNER teaches you how to do the Knee Akka!

STEP 1

Roll ball back towards you slowly to gather momentum and flick the ball up with the outside of your foot!

STEP 2

Bend your knee across your body as you flip the ball. It’s a difficult flick up but try to get it above hip height!

STEP 3

Now your leg will be in this position, you are going to move your knee back across your body and hit the ball, changing its direction. Try and do this as the ball is coming down from the flick up!

STEP 4

Then fully extend your leg to connect with the ball again!

STEP 5

You can then put the ball back across your body, changing the direction and completing the Knee Akka!
