STEP 1

Place your weak foot on the ball!

STEP 2

Put your weight down onto the ball and lift your weak foot – get used to this feeling!

STEP 3

Once you quickly lift your strong foot, you will switch feet so you are essentially standing on the ball – although this is a brief moment!

STEP 4

Control the ball by extending your strong foot backwards, whilst placing your weight through your week foot. D Trec complete!
